We value your time commitment. Your appointment time is reserved only for you and you alone. We do not believe in simultaneous appointments. We sincerely want to take care of you and not let time constraints affect the quality of treatment. It is important that you arrive punctually for all appointments to avoid any delays.
We have implemented an appointment cancellation policy to enable us to better utilize available appointments for our patients who are in need of dental care. Please notify us of any changes at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. We may charge a fee for time reserved, with reasonable consideration of circumstances.
Our staff will create a personalized treatment plan designed especially to fit your unique needs. It will include all necessary treatments and costs for your investment in dental care. Treatment fees are based on the quality of the materials used, according to what is in the best interest for your oral health.
Insurances and Payment
All PPO insurances are accepted, and we are in-network with Delta Dental as a Premier provider. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer assistance in submitting insurance claims. We will do our best to utilize your insurance benefits. However, we can only provide estimates of what your insurance may pay. Any portion that insurance do not cover will be the patient's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.
